Elder Robin Terry

Dr. Elder Robin P. Terry was born the tenth child of eleven siblings and was born and raised in our nation’s capital, Washington DC. Dr. Terry is the First Lady of Promise Land Church Ministries based in Baltimore, MD where she works alongside her husband, Apostle Dr. Clendon Terry. Dr.Terry earned her Doctorate in Theology from Empowerment Theological Institute and Bible Seminary in 2020.  During the last twenty plus years, Dr. Terry has devoted her ministerial career to pouring into God’s people. She has been anointed with a unique ministry of having a strategic call to teach women. Her ministry has forged on the foundation of teaching God’s women to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Dr. Terry takes a practical yet biblical based approach to her teachings, which allows her to reach women right where they are in their walk with the Lord. As she continues to provide oversight to the PLCM Women’s Ministry, Dr. Terry has taught numerous application principles geared toward helping women to grow and develop into “Strong Women of God”. Her calling to reach women is not only limited to adults, but it has grown to impact young girls, helping them to mature and grow in the natural things as well as their spiritual development. This ministry that God has birthed through her, called “Daughters”, prepares girls ages 10-18 for their transition into womanhood. Dr. Terry continues to be a role model, teacher, preacher and mentor to women and girls of all ages, encouraging them and consistently reminding them that they are “good things”, precious in God’s sight. 

Dr. Terry lives with her husband in Gwynn Oak, MD. Together they have five children and several grandchildren.
